Not satisfied with the performance of ROG GX700 laptop is equipped with a liquid cooling system (watercooling), ASUS released a similar laptop more sophisticated: ROG GX800. As the name implies, it is the successor of the ROG GX700, which comes with a luxury specification and a new cooling system called hydro cooling system.
Physically, ROG GX800 is not much different from its predecessor. He still has a super large size. ROG GX800 has a variety of new features and advantages.
That is why, ASUS ROG GX800 boldly declared as the fastest gaming laptop available today. ROG GX 800 also comes with the latest Intel processor series K. That is, this laptop uses desktop processors that can be overclocked.
ASUS did not mention the level of the maximum overclock. But seeing the cooling system has to offer, the processor on this gaming laptop will be able to overclock with a fairly high level.
To provide power to the processor and two GPU, ASUS delivers solutions in the form of two powerful 350 watt power supply, so it could be an adequate for the needs of overclocking though.
Another new feature is the mechanical keyboard specifically named MechTAG or Advanced Mechanical Tactile Gaming. Unlike other mechanical keyboards thick, MechTAG has a size that is thinner and lighter, yet have the technology that allows the sensation emphasis is similar to a mechanical keyboard commonly used in desktop PCs.
